The Dark Star Expansion introduces a new card type — War Machine!

Most War Machine card types function in a manner similar to Creatures. They can target Creatures, Heroes and Villains. They cannot be equipped with an Object. A War Machine’s ability can be enhanced with the addition of a War Machine Engineer.

The Dark Star expansion consists of four War Machine Engineers. They can attack enemies just like other Creatures. However, they may not be equipped with an Object. Each card also has an Automatic effect!
